"House was very dirty, no heat, kitchen cabinets and drawers all broken and filthy, mold in the refrigerator, bathroom fixtures broken, shower clogged. Property manager didnt address any of the issues, refused to bring additional wood for chimney and blankets, didn’t even come when power went out because of storm. Property manager attempted to come in the house with vendors to install cinema system during our stay, Very rude, unprofessional and cheap."

"Room clean but not enough towels. We had to ask many times but we dudnt get any. Also bed pillows in horrible condition . Your neck will be stiffed. AC not cold enough. They try to save energy in hot summer. Customer suffer. Staff nice and helpful . Good parking and good location . price is slightly OK. Bit above what it should be. 6.5/10 over all"
