Overall the hotel is in very excellent condition, its new and clean. Staff was helpful on helping out with all the needs, especially with sending deliveries and packages using the robot

Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou
Room very comfortable and clean.Bed was also comfortable.Staff courteous and helpful especially giving information to direction for local tourist attraction.Had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay.Definitely will stay at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou for my next visit.Thank you once again!
