โOnly issue I had was the TV needed programmed twice and wouldn't work at all today. TV's are important while away from home and it was frustrating not being able to use at when I wanted to.
Food was the best and the staff went out of their way to help.โ
โThe hotel was great. HOWEVER, when we first got there the TV would not work. We called the front desk and I believe the young lady was named Flor??? She was kind and helpful and was going to bring new batteries for the remote. But then we discovered some one had unplugged the TV and disconnected the cable line too. So no need for batteries, just a simple check of connections! Bed was VERY comfortable!โ
โWe stayed here for one night last minute for a half marathon. I was surprised at how spacious the place was! Clean and quiet. They even left 2 water bottles and snacks for us. Didn't interact with front desk in person due to arriving after hours but they called and gave detailed instructions on how to access our room. Would stay again. โ
