Room was clean, staff was pleasant, beds were comfortable, breakfast had corned beef hash, eggs, hashbrowns and it was really close to the Speedway. Would definitely stay again!

The room in it self was great except there was a bad mildew smell upon entering. There was only one towel in the whole room and there was no remote control for the TV we had to ask for it upon checking out we couldn't find anybody to give our room keys or even to say thank you to

Where do I even start.... family of 5 came and the 1st room we got had black mold and mildew. Not the biggest deal so we got switched into a different room. 1st night was fine we were tired so we slept. Suppose to be breakfast and hot breakfast on the weekends thats a joke in itself. Always put away early or simply not put out at all. No wifi with 2 teenagers for 12 days and nights is crazy. All they said is its not supposed to work... its in the amenities so.... Then there were the roaches and when we reached out and had the booking agency reach out they simply said no and we couldn't get a refund or even a partial refund. The staff is great whoever owns this place lemme talk to you face to face cuz mf this ain't it. Worst place ever!!! 0 stars. Don't waste your time or your money! Now I have to call pest control when I get home to make sure I didn't bring anything home! Deplorable. And another thing they arent actually a Holiday Inn Express also they have people driving through dmtrying to sell you drugs.. absolutely crazy and no refund.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay – Excellent Staff & Clean Rooms! I had a wonderful experience at the Daytona Speedway Hotel. From start to finish, the front desk personnel were outstanding. In the past, I’ve experienced issues with double bookings at other properties, so I made it a point to follow up 30 days prior to arrival and again 24 hours before check-in. Each time, I was met with friendly, professional staff who were eager to assist and provide reassurance. Upon arrival, I initially thought I might be at the wrong location since the Holiday Inn signage has not yet been converted to Daytona Speedway Hotel. However, the staff kindly stepped outside and waved us in to ensure we had arrived at the correct place — such a thoughtful touch! Check-in was smooth and efficient. Our room was clean, fresh, and free of any odors or bugs, which is always appreciated. The property is currently undergoing renovations due to a merger, but this did not negatively impact our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

Desk clerk was good. According to management they had renovations going on with entire 3rd floor. Management expressed that Expedia had over booked and our 6 guest party had no room. The desk clerk did put us in a room for the arrival night but we had no room the next nights.

Hotel cancelled entire reservation within hours of planned check-in. Hotel staff claimed no responsibility for their actions nor assisted in finding replacement lodging. Be aware for any who wish to stay here that this hotel will cancel on you at any moment's notice without warning or concern for your plans.

No room was available. According to hotel manager, Expedia was offering rooms which were not available. However, hotel displays Holiday Inn sign outside but says they are independent. Half the hotel was under renovation as well. I put this on the hotel. No help was offered to rebook into nearby hotels since they are now independent.

Was a former Holiday Inn was taken over and the inside was totally refurbished and the beds were comfy and it felt really clean.

It was during a remodel. The dude above my room swung a hammer like a girl. Tap tap tap from 8am to 8pm. Lady that checked us in was super nice and very pleasant to talk to. Dont get scared by the next doors virtual security guard. He just screams at you over a megaphone. Kunda comical to day the least. Other than that. I would stay again. Pretty chill place. Oh yea. Forgot about the random fire alarm. Thats just probably someone smoking in their room.

The hotel is in a great spot. The sheets, were stained, ants, and roaches in the rooms. The AC is off in the room which takes longer to cool the area. A few of the hotel associates were friendly and nice.

Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel had been oversold and that they might not be able to accommodate our stay. Ultimately, they were unable to honor our reservation, despite the room having been booked six months in advance. Additionally, the first room we were placed in had cockroaches. While the second room was acceptable, the damage was already done. Being forced to find alternate accommodations on Rolex 24 race weekend, with no notice and no meaningful assistance, placed an unfair and unnecessary burden on us as guests. The lack of accountability was especially frustrating, as the hotel owner shifted blame to Expedia rather than taking responsibility. This experience left a very bitter impression. I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.

Don't stay here.

The first room we were given with a sofa bed with a nasty stain but the lady in the frint office was very nice and switch our room. Some of the rooms has roaches in them.

Well as soon as we got in the room that had just been cleaned my daughter layed on the bed and a roach crawled up the bed and on her arm got a new room but we couldnt sleep if there would have been other hotel rooms avaliable in the area we would have left. Definitely not worth the $329.00 we paid for the room to have roaches crawl on the bed
