Been at this particular motel in the past few trips that I've taken to Florida, the staff is friendly, helpful and the rooms are quite the best. Great parking space and covered by cameras on the premises and overall, great experience.

Good , safe , great deal

Clean room, comfy bed, very friendly and helpful front desk owners and clean, quiet property. For the price it's a great deal. Located directly across from Destination Daytona and right off of 95. It a short drive to the beach, many parks by the river, the loop, post office, library restaurants, gas stations on beautiful Ormond Beach. I will stay again. I wish they had charging stations for phones by bed. Other than that, it's a bargain. Also no riffraff there.

I like the place. It's in a good spot. I had 2 issues, though. The WiFi did not come through in my room -- all 6 days I was there -- and the water pressure was next to nil for 3 of the 6 days I was there. All in all, though, a good trip.

Good value for the money. Hotel is recently renovated and room was clean. Only real issue was the WiFi not working for duration of stay so could not work from my room.

Ensure realistic expectations

We come to town every year for Rockville and this was one of the few places that didn’t price gouge to an extreme degree. It’s Daytona - anywhere you stay is a s**t hole and this was no different but it was affordable and comfortable enough given we only spent about 8 hours in the room each day. The staff we interacted with were all very pleasant. We would stay here again if the price was competitive like it was during this stay, but that’s the only way I’d stay here again.

First arriveing to the hotel the room was damp the ac was set at 70. we woke up feeling wet had to lower the ac to 64 before that would go away all that moister made the dressers and table sticky. The shower head would not stay in one spot but the hot water and presser was great. Over all stay was good because the staff was great. And did not disturb us when the do not disturb sign was up.
