"Please stay away from this "Hotel". They ask for more money after you pay for your booking, they do not answer their phone(s), the check-in process is ridiculous, the "Hotel" is not sign-posted, advertised or visible in any way from the main road and the whole experience was a mess.
They left me and my Partner stranded in London without a place to stay and kept hanging up the phone on me.
It should be illegal to run a business like this "business" is ran..."
