The staff was great even before arrival. There was a transit strike the day of our arrival and I was notified by one of the staff members via message in regard to that and they offered to book us a taxi from the airport to the hotel. That worked out perfectly! They were all very helpful with any questions we had and sight seeing suggestions too. The room was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable as well. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Amsterdam!

A lovely hotel with some excellent touches in terms of a regular supply of sweets and fresh biscuits. The only thing to note is that other than breakfast, the hotel does not offer any food.
