"We booked 2 family rooms for 2 days that had stoves and the stove tops did not work. One got fixed, but the other one did not. Also, the shower head in that room also came off and we were told they might charge us for it.
We also did not get toilet paper refilled in either bathroom and had to ask for wet towels to be removed after the rooms were cleaned.
The staff were accommodating at first, but as more problems arose they were less tolerant and 1 staff was very rude and slammed the door after...
