"We visited during a cold spell in Delhi. Heaters were provided for the guest rooms, which was wonderful. However, the dining area wasn’t heated so food arrived or immediately became cold. The communal dining with other travellers was very nice and so were Sagar and his family. I recommend this place for a safe, comfortable and friendly stay. "Pullman proved to be an ideal haven for us to recharge before embarking on a long international flight. Our stay was delightful, with plenty of opportunities to bond as a family within the hotel's comfortable confines, as well as explore the nearby shopping mall for some last-minute retail therapy. The hotel's thoughtful approach to room service was also a highlight, with a menu tailored to alleviate the stresses of jet lag and cater to families' diverse tastes. We're already looking forward to our next stay at Pullman on our future travels to India."
