Our stay was brilliant. The kitchen staff were very helpful and took very good care of my son who suffers from a severe nuts allergy. The rooms were maintained and kept well. The staff were very friendly and polite and always offered to help us. Overall this hotel was fantastic and the service was phenomenal.

This is my favourite hotel in Delhi- it’s a little bit out of the way, but it’s set in a lush garden, with a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are tastefully furnished, generous in size and comfortable. Great staff on top of all this.

A really nice surprise, possibly the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel before. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else in Delhi and it will be the new benchmark to compare other hotels too. Everyone knows you name, nothing is too much trouble and the rooms are huge which means it's a great base of you are staying a little longer. Location is convenient for most attractions.

Every single person we met was genuinely friendly, smiling and super welcoming. What really sets this place apart is how incredibly helpful they are. I am a Californian, but an Anglophile at heart. This hotel is reminiscent of the British Raj times and Downton Abbey. There are many photos in the hotel showcasing its history of monarchs and their retinue that have graced the hotel. The rooms were very clean. The food in both the restaurants were great and the wait staff did an amazing job Overall a great and unique experience.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff

This was truly a wonderful experience to stay at this hotel. The staff couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay wonderful. There was so many special touches like special free drinks around the pool Rose water. My daughter is Celiac and the dining staff were wonderful in making her platters of food that she could eat. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel over and over again.
