"Well, since it’s the beginning of April in Zaragoza, the hotel decided it wasn’t necessary to turn the air conditioning on. The whole hotel was hot. With temperatures reaching in the high 80’s it was miserable in the room. The windows open wide but with the noise for the street you couldn’t hear yourself talking. The hotel in itself is great, but what a disappointment not to cater towards your guests."
"I recently stayed here and had a truly wonderful experience overall. If you are looking for a hotel that prioritizes hospitality and convenience, this is a fantastic choice."
"It’s a fine hotel and not a 5 stars. The room did not have airconditioning. It was a very hot room. I had to ask for my real room which was a suite and they gave me just a regular room. Overall it’s a regular hotel. Breakfast was ok. "
"For the price it’s okay for a stop over but it’s unlikely I’d stay again. The pictures are probably 30 years out of date, it’s a really basic hotel with no hot drinks in the room, no sound proofing so noisy neighbours aren’t fun and just a bit dated and tired. Staff were not particularly friendly either… or helpful when I pleaded for a morning coffee :) 11 euros for breakfast was the answer. Brilliant thanks mate.
One night for a family getting in late and leaving early that don’t fancy too much decent sleep it’s perfect for a cheap price otherwise spend more. "
"Staff were very helpful. Parking was easy just a few 100m from the hotel entrance. It cost us 25 euros to park for one 24 hour period, but we knew this in advance because the hotel let us know. I think we could have got a discount if we had booked the parking in advance with the car park company but we were not that organised! The hotel is in the very centre of the city with all the main sights within an easy walking distance. The room was lovely, modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was a little bit noisy outside, but we are in the centre of a city so it is to be expected. Overall a fabulous hotel and we would definitely return. "
