I cannot describe how helpful and attentive the staff is here at the Metropolitan Boutique.
They made a point to reach out well in advance of our trip, even before our Mediterranean cruise the week before to establish contact.
That was good as our connecting flight from Tome was very much in jeopardy, but they assured us they were there at any hour.
They arranged transport from the hotel at an acceptable rate. Actually, compared to American transit, it was quite nice.
Communication was a breeze and all through the trip they were incredibly helpful, giving direction, advice and ordering us a cab when needed (you cannot just flag one down in Krakow by the way).
The hotel is in or just on the edge of the Jewish Quarter and in an older building, but you cannot tell as it is very well appointed, both in public areas as well as the rooms.
If there is one detraction, it would be the limited TV to wind down to in the evening, but in all fairness, as an American, it would all likely be in Polish and not accessible to us. No problem, we were able to access our content via WiFi so it was all good.
The restaurant attached to the hotel was quite good our first night and surrounding restaurants filled the rest of our needs.
I would recommend this hotel with no reservation whatsoever.

Good stay.
Best in location if you like to walk. Not great if you want a taxi.
Clean.
The room was small but efficient. The bathroom is small but organized.
The A/C is efficient but the air flow direct on the bed and cannot be changed.

"I was last here in 2010 the property has aged , needs an update! Room was just OK ! Front desk staff were a little short with requests! However I would stay here again as the location is perfect!"

"Very short staffed in the bar and restaurant. Had to wait about 20 mins for our drink order to be taken and then another 15 before we got our drinks. Once we were seated in the restaurant, another long wait. Other than that stay was nice."
