"Anna on Reception had my wife and I checked in and keys allocated with experienced efficiency. Staff were all pleasant and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast had excellent variety and food was great! Hotel was in great location for the Old City. Many thanks to all!"

"Location fantastic just off the main square. The room was very relaxing. I couldn’t work the air-con and I needed it so I didn’t sleep too well. In room instructions would have been helpful. I also couldn’t find the water dispenser on the corridor there were no signs to fill up the room decanter. The room was spotless and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The bar area was comfortable maybe some more cushions and table lamps. 9/10, minor quibbles over all very happy with our stay. "
