Good property; Cabins look good Took stars for following - no luggage carts to take suitcases to your room - less parking - no refrigerator or microwave in the room - just one coffee shop with huge lines in morning

We stayed in the Wilderness and in the Denali Properties. 2 nights each. The Wilderness lodge accommodation was very good. But no room Service!! The food was poor quality as was also with the Seven Day cruise prior to our staying (from Vancouver). Fire all your chefs!! The Service of the restaurants was excellent. The Denali hotel room P104 was very old. Again no room service.

We were staying at the property after taking the Alaskan railroad. Most of the guests are part of the Princess cruises. We were not. Although the staff was very kind, nobody really knew what to tell us about our luggage and getting it to the train station. We asked eight people and got eight different answers!
