"Good location, although for a Sofitel, it’s definitely well overdue for some form of refurbishment, starting to feel dated. However served its purpose for 1 night stay for work "

"I was disappointed because I stayed there for a week, however, they haven't changed the bed sheets or clean bathroom/toilet during this time. They only restocked towels and made the bed in this period."

"Room was a good size with comfortable beds but the noise from outside was unbearable. The hinterland facing rooms are inundated with noise from the bars/nightclubs directly across the road. I know the location of the hotel is right in the centre of Surfers Paradise so a bit of noise is to be expected, but this was next level. The buffet breakfast was very expensive and very average in quality. All the staff were friendly. When the check in attendant found out it was my daughters birthday she organised for a cupcake to be delivered to our room which was a lovely surprise. There were some positives, but as a family we probably wouldn't stay again."

"Had everything we needed as well as location, location, location. Heaps of restaurants within walking distance. Great room. Spa in the bath, kitchenette was awesome. Bed was comfy. Enjoyed having a balcony too. "
