It was very good our real problem in the room was because the central air conditioner was working only in hot mode, knowing that room was really hut since we checked in, Resturante staff are very kind, friendly and proficient . Thanks and I will recommend hotel to all my friends

On our way home

Have stayed 5 times before always been a high class hotel with excellent food even stayed in covid and was satisfied. It this time restaurant menu poor and breakfast even worse not the classy place it used to be. Asked for other items in restaurant with no joy couldn’t even do a chicken breast for us just thighs!!! Sorry place now won’t stay again ended up eating in a fast food place at the shopping centre further down the road.

Be better if you speak Turkish ,language was a big challenge Ordered wine by pointing to one of the bottles on the display but told I couldn’t buy it because it’s not in their computer. No wine list so had to point to what they had and then couldn’t buy it.

Staff mostly unable to speak English, cheating with customers, air conditioning not working and telling you it will be fixed in 30'. Pool not monitored as staff hides to smoke and put music louders at top noise. In very clise proximity there is a disc o with extra loud music until midnight

This property is not as advertised and the reviews are out of date. Online refers to “5 star” and I’m not sure how. The AC doesn’t work throughout the entire building and when asked the response was “open your window”. To which we did to loud barking dogs all night across the street. Thermometer registered 31C in our room. The outdoor pool was completely green and unusable. The rooftop lounge wasn’t open. Non smoking rooms stunk of cigarettes and had ashtrays. It was hard to get service in the restaurant even for a bottle of wine. The list goes on. Hate to leave such a negative review but people should be aware. Would highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Artıları ve tek eksisi

Şehir dışından geldik 1 gece kaldık, havuzda kimse yoktu sanki bize ayrılmış gibiydi rahatça yüzdük. Oda bir üst odayı vermişler bize teşekkürler, odalar denizli sıcağında gayet iyi soğukluktaydı ve sigara kokusu yoktu. Tek “olumsuz” durum tuvaletin kapısı odayla içiçe bilmem anlatabildim mi bunu bilerek gidiniz :))

Ortalama bir otel konaklamasıydı. Yani ne herşey mükemmel ne de hiçbirşeye kötüydü diyemem. Kahvaltısı da ortaydı, doyarsınız kesinlikle ama çeşit sunum vs orta yani. Türk kahvesinin ekstra ücretli olması üzdü, Oda oldukça genişti ancak banyonun kapısı yoktu, direkt girebiliyorsunuz bu biraz hoş değil bence ve duşun fıskiyesi çok sert ve ince ince püskürtüyor suyu ve cildi acıtıyor biraz. Personelin tamamı güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olma niyetinde. Uzun süre kalmak istemem ama bi iki gün orta karar kalırsınız
