Staff were extremely helpful, always smiling, nothing was too much trouble for them. Upgraded when the room we were in developed a water leak. Breakfast was always delicious. Very quiet except for the roadworks which were ongoing and quite dangerous but should be finished within the next few months.

Overall not bad. Building quite old and could use a refresh. Hot water took ages to come through but pressure good. Breed ok but pillows rock hard. Breakfast enjoyable with good coffee. Nonetheless an overall comfortable stay.

Great location in the centre of Sanur. Rooms are old but ok, shower in bath is difficult getting in and out plus shower rose poor. Breakfast is a buffet served every day cold! Straight from the refrigerator…lol..

The breakfasts were fresh but very unexciting no real change from day to day (Same Same but Same ) The staff were great and very helpful as per usual The room was always very clean The property is under going some renovations so the place at the moment is not one of peace and quiet As previously mentioned as the shower is in the bath there are no safety bars for older guests to assist in getting in and out of the bath I wish the place would change the chairs in the rooms to a lighter chair that can be easily moved without making a horrendous noise which the current heavy wooden chairs make when moving them across the tiled floor There is nothing worse that being asleep and the guest above you comes home late and starts moving the chair across the floor
