"Quiet. Very comfortable beds. Went to laundry to request a few clean towels Employee stated extremely busy but was sitting down and scrolling on phone. Bin full of towels to be folded. I requested 2-3 wash clothes and 2 hand towels. Ended up with 1 wash and 2 hand. No other wash clothes available. ..."
