This hotel is one of a kind. The rooms are studio apartment style in the perfect location with access to everything. Room was well equipped and felt like home at the end of the day.
I would recommend the 4th floor rooms to avoid nightclub noise and be prepared to walk up stairs to access the higher floors.
Very happy with my stay. Great communication made arrangements and questions easy to handle. The room was spotless and offered an understated atmosphere of simplicity and spaciousness. Host gave me heads-up that there might be some eve noise, which I appreciated, but the night was quiet. And terrific location already booked for next stay.
Great location, very comfortable room. The only downside is that there is no elevator and you have to climb fairly steep stairs with your luggage. This is information which should be clear to travelers up front, since some will not be able to do that.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. No elevator, bed frame was broken, charged us twice for some weird fee. Great location, but don’t expect more than some shotty renovations on a really old building. Should be classed as a hostel for $50/night.

The bedding was very comfortable and the shower was nice but the hotel is right over a nightclub and it was loud at late hours. One of the nights someone kicked in the main door. It was fixed the next day so it tells you it must happen often. It was also weird theres no front desk. The air conditioner sounded terrible too.
Beware, this establishment charges a fee for towel change. Other than that, the room was good. We had one super hot day and the AC wasn’t cutting it. Close to union station and so many restaurants.
The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. I Particularly loved the shower in 404. It was very roomy with a large shower head and nicely tiled. The location was excellent being only a couple blocks from Denver Union Station. I was easily able to walk with my luggage without bothering with an Uber/Taxi.
Really great location. Room was very cute. An awesome bathroom. Great price. The only weird thing is that there's no reception. It's all self-service. But it was a great experience and I didn't have any issues, so I didn't have any need for reception or anything like that.
Such a beautiful little spot!! We will be revisting and I am a DO of homeopathic alternative practitioner focusing on PTSD, comples trauma and psychadelic treatments. I am excited to have a new spot to send my clients when they come for treatment from out of state!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful and affordable place to stay! Easy check in/out. Very efficient communication and beautiful setting. Safe place to park. Comfy bed and pillows lots of little amenities and cool shower! Great water pressure ! Until next timw im down in Denver... much love from Blackhawk mountain professionals!
I liked the central location. Staff was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with.
I had 2 issues.
1. I didn't know there was no elevator, and I was on the 4th floor. I have a heart condition so I had to really take my time. If I knew this was the case, I would have requested a room on a lower floor.
2. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. There was hair in the sheets and on the bathroom floor. The towels didn't smell that clean. Luckily I already had my own face towel with me and skipped the shower since I only stayed 1 night.
Well here is a new concept in a hotel. No staff. You have a code to get in and a code to get in your room. I don't know what you would do if there were an emergency. We had trouble with both codes but finally figured it out. The rooms are on the second and third floor. This was not fun lugging our luggage up three flights of stairs because the elevator was out of order. We managed but it was tough for us because we are old. But---- the hotel is a five minute walk to the train station and that was a big deal for us and why we picked the hotel. The room was fine, clean and a good bed. The decorations are quite interesting to say the least, especially the tile in the bathroom. ugh. Anyway while we would not stay here again, if I were younger and was catching the train, this is the place to go.
We chose this hotel for its location near Union Square, one block away and walking distance. There is no onsite staff, it is all operated online. We were given a code to enter the building and to enter our room (same code for both). They worked fine. THINGS TO KNOW: There was NO elevator, just a long flight of stairs from our entrance. Not a problem for us, but could be for others, non ADA compliant. The lobby is literally a nightclub, it is known as the Lobby Nightclub and is not associated with the hotel. We read that there would be no nightclub on Sunday nights, but there WAS the Sunday night we stayed (6/21/26). The music is LOUD and BUMPING. We were able to fall asleep and mostly sleep through it due to exhaustion, but it is a menace. The rest of the property was good, clean, comfy beds, TV, fridge, microwave, A/C all worked well in our room. But you will be sleeping in a club be warned. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Good property for budget travelers who like a touch of comfort but can handle noise and disturbance.

The check-in was seamless as long as you follow instructions. The stairs are awful. Incredibly steep and just exhausting to climb especially to the higher floors. The room was fairly clean. Not immaculate. The ceiling fan and light are covered in dust, there are hardwater deposits on the shower and some general dirt in corners. The patio door did not open easily or all the way and the balcony is in bad need of repair. The flooring is warped and frakly scary to walk on. We were under the impression that there would be ear plugs and a sound machine to help combat the noise of the night club downstairs, we were provided ear plugs but no sound machine. It was very loud and very crowded on the street. The police were present both nights and they were turning on their sirens/noises for long periods after 2AM to get people to leave the area of the club. The A/C helped cut the noise slightly but it would make awful sounds when shutting off so that made sleeping worse. The mini bar toiletries and snacks are insanely overpriced so don't forget anything. Even a small pouch of mouthwash is $4. Staff was very responsive via message but not much help in getting anything after hours if needed. Overall we gave it a 3 because the bed was comfortable, the sheets/blankets were clean, the space was large and decently put together but we would not recommend staying unless it is necessary for a cheaper stay downtown.
Save your money! No elevators, narrow staircase, rooms smell of cumin and feet mixture. Be prepared to pay for hourly parking. Bathroom and bedroom are separated by a flimsy shower curtain, no privacy. This place gives room by the hour vibes. Completely unacceptable!
