The only issue is language - all the signs, messages they sent, and instructions in the room are in Korean. Takes some time to figure out the front desk is on the 2nd floor of an apartment ..."

"Worst stay. The beds are so uncomfortable like lying on stone bed. The floors are so sticky. The rooms are not cleaned properly. Coffee spills from previous stay still evident on floors. Towels are tiny and you have to ask for them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
