"After coming from a similar accommodation in Busan, this one was a downgrade for basically the same price: the room was way smaller and the equipment provided was basic: there were no glasses at all, one large plate and two small ones only, no daily towel service. It is still a clean, modern room and a great location where you have plenty of local food options nearby.
One important item to consider: Guri is just outside Seoul city limits and you pay extra getting here by public transit. The Seoul pass does NOT get you here anymore.
If your main focus is Seoul, plan for extra time and extra money getting there."
