I loved that this is right on the ocean. The porch access to sit and enjoy the view was amazing! The room was clean. The fireplace was a fun touch of cozy. I would definitely stay again!

Incredible views from deck and really Quiet and peaceful. Slept with door to deck cracked and slept amazing with the sounds of the surf. It was just a room with a nice comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. A little dated but clean and conveniently located It was perfect for a weekend getaway

Beautiful room, spacious and clean. We were on the bottom floor and heard the footsteps of those above us. The balcony was nice but the overgrown blackberry bushes obstructed our view a bit. There isn't a lobby or an office, but the staff over the phone were helpful. Overall nice place.

The view was wonderful; however we had lukewarm water in the shower, the fireplace unit didn’t work and another guest kept smoking on the balcony- so every time we went to sit on the balcony, it smelled like cigarettes. Also could hear the other room’s conversations and movements. Definitely not a $300 hotel, pretty disappointed, feel like I wasted my money.

Beautiful view No. Perfect view room was clean. No smells, no wierd vibe. I will be staying there again. My and other neighbors in the same building where that there was no access, walking distance to the beach itself. Only bummer. But the view made up for it. I thoroughly enjoy my stay. While the hotel has no onsite staff and us next to a major construction site, it sits right on the ocean, the room was spacious and had amenities, and the view from the deck and through the sliding doors was everything. Never slept so peacefully and enjoyed spectacular sunsets. Short walk down to beach, close in to town but a real retreat.

Easy remote check in. Property was well kept and the ocean view is spectacular. The room was clean and comfortable. Cozy bed. I loved that it was a bit removed from both Lincoln City proper and Depoe Bay, giving it a quiet, private feel. Great stay. Would definitely return.

The room was great, but I had difficulty getting ahold of the staff to figure out which room that I was in and what the code was when I arrived. It was very frustrating. There was also a hole burned in the back of the armchair which made the room smell funny.

Construction demolition on most property,one building open. It's Fantastic, quiet, nicely decorated, large room, GORGEOUS ocean view! Fireplace,private balcony! Large bathroom with shower, HUGE JACUZZI, SUPER! Jets were yucky but they usually are at the beach. Some spider issues which was creepy, just older property, it's sometimes a "thing". 1 small opening window. Kinda bummed there were no directions on how to get down to the beach from cliff, the regular area was closed off, later I saw the stairway to the right of the building. The cleaner, I saw once, was real sweet/helpful. I got an extra night after the 2, that I stayed and it was a little frustrating because I was using the afterpay option via Expedia and for some reason it was denied? Afterpay said that the Merchant was responsible for refusing my payment, saying that I had used the maximum amount of Afterpay for that Merchant, I don't know if it was the property or Expedia but it was frustrating, so I just paid full price for the third night up front, instead of breaking it up, not particularly wanted to do but it was nice to be able to stay another night! Great price. I was able to doordash some Thai food and a Safeway grocery order to my room, of course leaving the Dasher a large tip for the convenience and additional 20 minutes drive outside Lincoln City. Nice size fridge, microwave, TV had some stuff, streaming options available but you had to log in with personal info. Thank you, enjoyable
