Beautiful view, lovely balcony. No direct access to the beach from here - but the drive to Fogarty Beach is moments away (driving to avoid crossing 101 on foot), and what a payoff! This is a gorgeous location, comfortable bed, and excellent view. The construction site around it is unsightly- but barely visible from the balcony. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautiful room, spacious and clean. We were on the bottom floor and heard the footsteps of those above us. The balcony was nice but the overgrown blackberry bushes obstructed our view a bit. There isn't a lobby or an office, but the staff over the phone were helpful. Overall nice place.

The view was wonderful; however we had lukewarm water in the shower, the fireplace unit didn’t work and another guest kept smoking on the balcony- so every time we went to sit on the balcony, it smelled like cigarettes. Also could hear the other room’s conversations and movements. Definitely not a $300 hotel, pretty disappointed, feel like I wasted my money.

Beautiful view No. Perfect view room was clean. No smells, no wierd vibe. I will be staying there again. My and other neighbors in the same building where that there was no access, walking distance to the beach itself. Only bummer. But the view made up for it. I thoroughly enjoy my stay. The construction on the property is pretty unfortunate and a bad first impression. But then to go on to double book our room, get walked in on naked, and never get a call from the owner like promised with no solution was insane. No deadbolt should have been my first red flag. The instructions say to leave the extra key in the lock box since hello no front desk(also horrible) what happens if you get locked out, but to then have that be used against us and have my personal privacy violated as a 23 year old woman in a new place, I did not even want to stay here anymore. Also there is not actual beach access since the construction is blocking the old trail you have to drive or walk along the high way. Out dated for the price and situation.

The room was very clean, and everything worked as it should. the surrounding property had demolition and construction in progress which made the outside area less desirable. There was no on-site staff. Food and beach access 10 plus minute walk.

While the hotel has no onsite staff and us next to a major construction site, it sits right on the ocean, the room was spacious and had amenities, and the view from the deck and through the sliding doors was everything. Never slept so peacefully and enjoyed spectacular sunsets. Short walk down to beach, close in to town but a real retreat.

Easy remote check in. Property was well kept and the ocean view is spectacular. The room was clean and comfortable. Cozy bed. I loved that it was a bit removed from both Lincoln City proper and Depoe Bay, giving it a quiet, private feel. Great stay. Would definitely return.

By chance we found this beach front hotel with a balcony and king size bed. The price was pretty decent considering the location. There are no staff on site as its a hotel that currently acts more like an Airbnb. The entire area is under construction(which would have been nice to know before booking) so that might be why its cheaper then the average beach front as well having no amenities on the property. PROS: -The bed was comfortable. - The room, I guess clean enough. (It really could use a deep clean) -The property looks like they updated some things a coat of paint some new vanities and flooring. -As I said Beach Front. It literally faces the ocean which is awesome. Wave watching, hopeful whale watching, sunsets. -Its less then 3min walk to get to beach access.(not on the property directly but close enough) -5min drive to Depoe Bay Cons: -The decks really need to be replaced. -We stayed in Room 78. We had a weird back door that lead to the deck. The door was heavily warped and needs to be replaced. -One of the tiny windows in the large picture window was broken with a note to not open. -The room has no air conditioning which really isn't generally an issue on the Oregon Coast. But airflow in this room was non existent. Based in the door location and the only working little tiny push out window. We had to leave the front door and back door open to get any breeze. Despite the cons list I would stay here again..

We stayed July 13th one night Had some difficulty finding it, since there was poor signage and there was construction area as another hotel that was getting a makeover. Once we found it, we called, got the key code to get in and went in to check out the room before unloading luggage. The front was plain but well cared for. However, once we got into our room, we were pleasantly surprised. The decorations were beach themed and there was a table and chairs near the window where we dined and had an awesome view of the ocean. There was a fireplace in the main room that you could turn on and enjoy and it was on a timer so we didn't have to worry about it. The bed was soft and had plenty of pillows, so we slept well that night. The bathroom was large and had a shower and a water jet tub but we chose not to use that. There were ample toiletries and towels. There was a coffee maker with ample k-cups. There was no breakfast included but since that was known before, we brought our own and used the microwave and the fridge and freezer which worked well and as there was not an ice machine, we made ice overnight. Then best of all was the outside deck with a private exit and a wonderful view of the ocean and it made getting pictures of the sunset easy. From the hotel it was a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall, this place turned out to be our favorite hotel on our vacation, my husband called it a hidden gem. If we are in the area again, would definitely book this hotel again.
