If you are staying here for the pool, DONT. We stayed here for 2 nights for an early Christmas gift for kiddos to swim & the pool was like taking an ice bath. They claimed it was heated and it was NOT. Turned purple & shivering after being in the pool for 10 minutes. Staff & management didn’t care nor did they offer a partial refund. No hot water for the shower or bath either. Will NEVER stay here again or recommend to anyone.

The night receptionist was so nice to my son and let him play the piano. The room and pool were very nice. The shuttle service and short term parking were a huge plus! We would definitely stay again.

The airport shuttle was easy, the staff were helpful and the room was clean though spartan and outdated. BUT, the hallways wreaked of some foul organic odor and the hotel is generally in disrepair. The supposedly ungraded breakfast was extremely poor and unhealthy. There was no fruit, biscuits were hard as a rock, the gravy was the consistency of playdoh, and everything else was UHP foods. We decided to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Friendly staff and decent hotel renovation

Quick overnight stay. Easy pick-up at the airport, even though it was late night and staff was extremely friendly. Room was great. A/C unit a bit loud but not complaining as it worked great even during terrible heat wave. I stayed at this hotel several years ago prior to the renovation; they did a decent job. Would stay here again!

The property is good for a 1 or 2 night stay at most. Room had a broken shower piece, water was cold and the walls were incredibly thin. Looks good in pictures but not that great in person. Staff was nice but the hotel is bare bones meaning no soaps or lotions. Nothing fancy. Would not recommend and would definitely not stay there again as this place was one step removed from a motel.

The room was clean with a nice king bed and a (too) warm heater that I had to reduce the thermostat setting on when it as 25 degrees F outside. Bathroom was nice and clean with a shower stall with a curtain. Not fancy, but more than adequate at a good price. Had originally paid for parking there because I was gone for a month and didn't want to pay for high priced airport parking They have a 24 hour shuttle. Decided to rent a room as a precaution on my return due to predicted freezing rain. Also, car did not start after sitting for a month. Luckily, I took my jump start battery unit into the hotel to wam up and it jump started the car twice! The shuttle driver took the bosses' car to pick us up after the shuttle would not start! He refused a tip! Great service.
