"Booked for Queen Bed Room at ground floor for RM239 (before discount). Few times stay at Rose Cabin since 2004. But this time too much difference...a bit run down. It's over priced for the facilities provided. Even spacious room, but no TV, no fan (so stuffy), toilet inside the room with no toiletries, bathroom (hot shower) is outside of the room at the veranda (no privacy) with very little all in one shampoo. Nothing much to do here. Check in/out counter only open from 8am till 8pm. After that...

"The unit was very clean and had mountain view. The main streets were just a 3 minutes drive down. Staff were very helpful and responded quickly when needed. Easily accessible to all the attractions. Thank you hotel ."

"The view is superb. Very direct magnificent view of Mount Kinabalu. But the aceess into the resort (2km) is not proper tar road. The room is basic with all the necessary amenities and clean. Comfortable stay. The staff is friendly & helpful. They are very oblige to all your needs /request. Thank you."
