“Very cool unique building. Room is simple but just enough. You can hear a lot of hallway and outside noises but using the wall unit fan was helpful for white noise. Great location for getting into town and also as a jumping off point for starting the Trans Catalina hike the next day. Great shared porch on the 2nd floor. Would recommend and would stay there again.”

“Location from beach was up 2 hills. You had to exchange your towels at the lobby building to get new towels each day. No daily maid service. The vending machines on the 1st and 3rd floors were broken. The tub with shower in the room had 3.5 feet sides all around. The toilet was very low. Matthew and Alexia at the lobby were very helpful and friendly.”
