Had a wonderful trip. Staying oceanfront was a huge highlight for us! The beach isn’t crowded at all in front of our building. Can even see dolphins swim the beach in the mornings!

We were advised we could check in an hour early after asking, so we went and purchased groceries. Only to find out that the next chat agent we were chatting with said we could not check in early. After waiting an hour with our groceries at 4 we tried to use the code provided, and it would not work. After taking pictures videos and sending them through the chat channel, they finally assigned a new code which did work the first time. The next day we advised via chat that the dishwasher was clogged a toilet would not stop running, and some other small maintenance issues. We were assured they would be promptly resolved. As of the last day, when we checked out, none of those issues were resolved. It is unfortunate that the communication was subpar, lowering our experience from stellar. The view is great. The property is nice. A lot of back-and-forth unnecessary communication, and concerns were never resolved.
