"Beware of this property. They charged my debit card twice at the rate of $94. I contacted them and they said they will notify their bank to refund my money. They admitted in writing they charged me twice. It is now 8 weeks later and after much correspondence back and forth, they keep saying they will contact their bank again, which is obviously a lie. "We had someone from Expedia call to cancel reservations twice. We booked this hotel bc it advertised being within walking distance in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar. When in fact, it was on opposite coast from Istanbul. No one has contacted us back regarding cancellation or a refund. We are VERY unhappy. "
