“We (3 of us) found the Carriage House suite to be very enjoyable and met our needs. Having two sleeping spaces and two bathrooms was a perfect situation for us. The bathrooms were clean and generally updated but the drainage in the main bathroom was quite loud. The main house and breakfast were lovely. “My room needed serious deep cleaning. The walls throughout were soiled, the lamps were soiled, and the bathroom floors had long hairs everywhere. Although the staff was pleasant, I wouldn’t stay here again. I needed a room last minute and this had to suffice but I would not recommend.”

“Wonderful hotel. Round Top is the home of one of the most renowned antique festivals in the country, and the decoration in this hotel reflects that. No cheat or generic furnishings or decor. Everything shows great taste. Congratulations!”

“At the time of check in, we asked for the late checkout at 1pm for which staff at reception agreed . Our access to the room was revoked before 1pm. When we check again at the reception, she charged us 22$ for late checkout. Terrible experience.”

“This is a budget hotel so I kept my expectations low. It's easy to find and even though it's right off the interstate, it's not very noisy. That's probably because the in-room old style AC unit is making a fairly loud hum, and it runs continuously because this is Texas summer.
