“Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t...

1) The entire room was nasty and not cleaned properly.
2) It was smelling so bad from bathroom drainage.
3) The bathroom drainage was so bad and the entire shower area got flooded.
4) No towel was there and finally I had to call them to provide towels.
5) We found lots of insects which was unexpected.
Apart from those all the staffs were so friendly and tried to help but...

“Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive. ”
