“The Grotto Bay Resort was fine. I was expecting more for the price. We had an ocean front room. The view was great, the room was average. Had issues with both the in-room coffee service and the coffee available at the continental breakfast. The spa (in a cave!) was excellent. There is also a cave to swim in. If you didn’t want to spend big bucks for breakfast in the restaurant, the offerings at the continental breakfast were meager. All in all, I would rate the property as okay, not great.”

“Staff was great. Restaurant was awesome. Rooms were clean. The cleaning staff was fantastic. My only gripe is that the rooms need updating. Would i go back? Yes but i may try something next time where the rooms are up to date.”

“Great ocean view rooms and 3 great beaches with 5 restaurants and good food. A little distance from Hamilton and St Georges about an hour. But very relaxing !”

“Property sits up in hills with lots of hills and steps. This property is not for handicapped people or if you have trouble climbing hills and lots of steps. Rooms are very outdated. Needs renovation. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good. Staff was excellent in helping you for whatever you need. You need to take a taxi or public bus to get to wherever you need to go. Property is at the west end of the island about 45 minutes from airport. Closer to Royal Dockyard.”

“Overally it was very nice hotel and restaurent for my business trip with reseanable price. Hotel staffs are very kind and ready to serve. Only one problem is service of maids. The checkout day, I left recharge cord and adapter in my room but could not find at all. It was surely taken by maid. Please reinforce education to maids not to steal customers' belonging.”
