“Had to move rooms due to a toilet leak, tv issue and lights not working. Moved to new room and the sheets were gross. The staff was great at working with us though. The property itself was in a great location and the lobby was gorgeous.”

“The room was clean and the bedding was extra comfortable. I loved the indoor pool and the spa. I will definitely be staying there again.”

“Enjoyed they stay”

“The room was clean but hotel certainly showed its age.”

“Did the job, clean”

“Our room had dirt spots all over the carpet, The bathtub was dirty and patches all the walls. We had a coffee maker but no coffee pot. The bed was great, however the TV had a blue line straight down the middle. It said continental breakfast but there were no eggs and only biscuits. There was waffles”

“Rick was great.”

“Amazing!!”

“Both rooms had dirty/stained bedding. Front desk had bedding changed in one after we complained and had the other room changed to a different room, which also had stains on the bedding. Beds were comfortable surprisingly but the rooms were not clean. We tried to get a refund and go to a different hotel but they refused.”

“Pets stay free!”
