“Really enjoyed the time and we'll be back. Not sure what was going on with their housekeeping staff. First day we had to ask the desk to have the room cleaned after being gone all day and coming back to a dirty room. They apologized and sent someone up. Then the second day, they came through but forgot some of the towels, left very little toilet paper for the second day in a row. Again, we had to contact the desk. Could be that they were using extra summer staff who didn't know the routine....

“Very central location, close to shopping, parks, monuments, and the cathedral. Breakfast buffet was nice, with a variety of items to choose from. It was tricky to figure out how to get to the parking lot for the hotel under the building, but the staff was very helpful in letting me know how to get to it once we got there. The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.”

“El personal tanto el cocinero como los camareros se comportaron muy bien y amables y un mención especial al dueño del alojamiento que tubo un detalle a nosotros muy especial desde aquí se lo agradezco. También reseñar la comida y en especial los catedritos del desayuno.”

“We had an excellent stay at Valdepalacios. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, but what truly made the experience special was the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive. The surroundings are also stunning, and the bike ride to spot deer is a must. We would definitely come back!”

La pega es que las instalaciones estan mal cuidadas. Las tablas del suelo estan levantadas y la puerta de entrada de la habitacion estaba descolgada. Es muy caro para tener ese tipo de defectos”

“Estava limpo mas muito degradado, necessita de manutenção urgentemente, carpetes sujas e rotas, torneiras avariadas, mobiliário muito antigo. Demasiado caro para as acomodações oferecidas.”
