"The Ozeano Hotel was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and the pool was great. I stayed two weeks and I really enjoyed being close to the beach and within walking distance to Jaco Walk and coffee shops and restaurants. The only black dot (for me at least) was that they have too many restrictions and they make sure you know about them. There are signs containing the words "no", "can't", "don't", "prohibido", etc all over the place and that can be overwhelming and give you the feeling that you are being watched all the...
