"I will never book this hotel again. The restaurant is poorly managed. Arrived at breakfast . Every item I was interested in was cold. They had a western selection that looked disgusting. No water in the room. They had a container that you could fill in the hallway. Warm water., They had beer on the menu...they had only 1 brand available . The dinner was so small I could have eaten 3. "

"We have stayed at the Novotel in Solo several times and have always been happy with their service. There is a great little restaurant across the street—Alamama. It has western and Indonesian options. The restaurant at the hotel is always very good too. "

"Ibis was ok, just a night stay. For some reason, there was a door between my and the next room so I could hear everything they talked/did. Breakfast was an average taste. "

"Stayed in the deluxe room in front if the swimming pool. Couldn't open the door with the lock on arrival but was quickly rectified by the staff. The Wi-Fi was quite reliable inside the room, the TV setup was nice. Some lights didn't function although there was enough that lit up the room. The double bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space inside the room. The safe's digital keys weren't working but was quickly provided a set of keys by the staff. The included breakfast was delicious...

"Next Trip kalo.ke Cilacap saya gak bakal nginep di Hotel ini lagi. Heheh... Karena: 1. Cek in lama, dan banyak gak sesuai request. Malah beberapa dapat kamar smoking. 2. Lokasi tidak dekat dengan pusta kota (keramaian/alun-alun) 3. Saat mau sarapan sempat tidak diperbolehkan, karena dianggap booking room only. (Ada miss di sistem reservasi hotel dengan penyedia aplikasi). Beruntung resepsionisnya memahami dan solutif, ahirnya bisa sarapan."

"Property is nice. The Shower in my room didn’t work properly. Breakfast was not as good as last time I was at the hotel( last year) All in all a good hotel."
