“The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach and next to local corner stores and restaurants. The owner was nice and showed us around when we came in. It was also around a 20 minute walk from the bus stop so there's no need for a car to move around. Theres a rooftop bbq area with hammocks and table top games that anyone staying can use. “This is one of the most interesting & eclectically decorated places I’ve ever stayed. It literally is like a museum. Cesar was in charge of reception, dining, and overall stay while we were there & he was fabulous!! If you are staying in El Valle, this is an absolute must stay. We had dinner & breakfast there & the food was delicious. Service is top notch. Would return in a heartbeat!! Wish we had more days there.”

“What a wonderful place to find out what life on the Pacific coast of Panama is like and what it can be for you. Brooke and her staff are everything you would want in them. “Communication from the owner was excellent. The staff was amazing and patient with our lack of Spanish. The food was delicious and made dining stress free for my wife and me. The grounds and pool were also quite nice. If “bang for your buck” is a priority, I recommend La Maracuya. It’s a little remote, but we wanted some quiet time, and the location didn’t prevent us from exploring. We visited the pacific beaches and El Valle de Anton via rental car. Thanks for caring for us during our stay!”

“Excellent B&B. The host communicated with us a few days ahead to provide a qr code as the place is in a gated community- so very nice and safe area. The service on site including breakfast was great. The hotel and rooms were clean and beautifully designed. Great shower with warm water (not always case in panama) and great water pressure.
