"Very pet friendly however also smelled like it. We stayed there because we were traveling with our dog. She alerted in numerous spots in the hallway where other dogs had peed. Our guest room smelled of dog urine. The mattress for the bed has outlived it's life expectancy. It had indentations on both sides from ware. The bathroom floor was not clean enough to walk on without shoes. On a positive, the front desk daytime staff were very good, and so was the hot breakfast and coffee. The staff were very attentive to keeping the coffee freshly filled. "

"When I arrived. The person at the front desk was not friendly at all. He gave me my key. I went to my room. It was the wrong room. I ordered and prepaid for two queens and hide a bed and he gave me one King. I went back downstairs to ask for the proper room and he told me that there were no clean room and he didn’t know what to do and that it wasn’t his problem. I asked him how long it would take to get it clean and he said an hour or so. I left went to dinner came back and he told me that they were completely full and had no room rooms. I said well, how are you gonna make this right? He told me it’s not my problem, bro. He told me I could go to their sister hotel. I said well go ahead and make that reservation for me. Transfer my payment over there and we will be good. He said that’s not my problem. I’m not gonna do that. I informed him that I was a customer and that Holiday Inn is in the wrong. He told me it’s not his fault. He’s just the front desk clerk. He can’t do anything about it. I then asked to speak with the manager. he called the manager,. She resolved the problem immediately. I did end up going to the sister hotel where I was treated with great respect and courtesy from the front desk. The manager called the sister hotel and made everything right. I do appreciate the mamager for being accommodating, but the man at the front desk needs a few lessons in proper customer service."
