Amazing hotel in the heart of old Batumi with spacious and well-designed rooms, excellent breakfast and super service. Avto went above and beyond to make us comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved staying at the Swissotel. Realised on Day 2 how great a location it was to see.more of Tbilisi than jist tje tourist areas, which are readily walkable. Staff were fantastic, David at Olives especially and the Reception team could not have been more helpful

I was really surprised to find such a gem at that place. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed. Surroundings are incredible, Rooms very good, Spa and the pool, food, everything is top notch. It should be 5 stars.

Staff was amazing and super accommodating. This is THE best place in Kuataisi and I would love to stay here agin. Great location, clean and beautiful rooms, great staff, very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and they even gave us a little present for me and my wife's honeymoon. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a great stay at Onyx City Center Tbilisi. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view from the balcony was also beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally nice, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the girl at the reception desk. A beautiful hotel in an excellent location, with everything you could want for a wonderful stay. The rooftop bar is a highlight, offering stunning views of the city, a sophisticated yet relaxed ambiance, and an excellent selection of food and drinks. This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!
