The Room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with modern comforts and a garden view. The staff were outstanding – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was arranging transport, suggesting activities, or delivering meals, they made us feel taken care of without being intrusive. We loved the peaceful surroundings. It’s far from the busy tourist spots, which makes it ideal for relaxing and recharging. The beach nearby is quiet and clean, and we felt like we had our own private paradise. Night time good for star gazing. Overall, Residences Bintan is a hidden gem – perfect for couples, families, or even solo travelers who want a luxurious and peaceful escape. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!"

"What an amazing slice of paradise! The hotel is less than a year old, stylishly appointed with friendly can-do staff. Totally unlike Bali - no crowds, no noise, pristine white sand. A shot hop by ferry from Singapore so you can mix the cosmopolitan bustle of Singapore with the laid back paradise that is Bintan Island. I give Hotel Indigo full marks for a beautiful experience! I’ll definitely be back!"
