"As an international traveller, i have been to hundreds of hotels in past 20 years, i have never had such a bad experience. The receptionust was rude to say the least, first she said she couldnt see my reservation, provided me with an email to email her the reservation witch i did. Afyer waiting for almost 45 minutes she insisted she can't aknowledge my reservation and my form of payment because she is unable to see it in her system. That it is impossible to ok online reservation the only one...
