"Perfect location. Literally in the imperial park. Quite and clean. ancient style. Only pitfall is you need to tell the server you need them to help with luggage although you are elders and there are quite a few stairs."

"The hotel itself is OK. What spoiled the impression is the lack of professionalism of the reception staff. In the hotel there are the people speaking good English, but they were absent when we checked-in and out. As a result it took 30 minutes to be checked-in and 40 minutes to be checked-out. But the worst thing was that the girl at the reception (don't remember her name, it was the evening of January, 25, 2024) refused to give us the reporting documentation. She had to do it when we demanded...

"A business trip to Handan. A very convenient location if you are travelling via High Speed Rail as it is 5mins walk from Handan East Station. Overall experience is good (staff is helpful and hotel is relatively new). However, it is a distant away from Handan city area...nil/limited local eateries / shops. [Hotel does have food vending machines] Hotel amenities can be improved. Be great it there is a mini fridge."

"It was a superb stay in this hotel, fast check-in and check-out, decent dining, breakfast, and nice room. There is a robot that can deliver small goods to the guests by itself, the kids are so interested and attracted by the robot."

"Room service options were limited. The person lady delivering room service and hostess at the restaurant is vvery friendly and professional. THe walker track outside the lake is very nice and fresh but no duck catching is permitted. The swimming pool is very nice . checkout extension allowed but it was foolly bookered for next day so they dont allow me to extend one more day. "
