"We stayed 2 nights and this place was huge and reminded us of a Vegas hotel lobby with a giant water feature that was lit up. Check in was easy and she answered all our questions. They have a travel centre behind the front desk which we used to book a speed boat to Miyajima island. Highly recommend doing this! Thy have inspire convenience and gift shop and a bridal salon if you’d like to plan a wedding onsite. Beds were comfy and the showers had good pressure. We ate at one of restaurants and...

However, the rooms were dated and could use a total makeover. Staff were friendly and very helpful. "The property is well situated and nice. However, it is tired and needs an upgrade. There is a large construction next door, but it really did not affect us. As for the VIP benefits, the room upgrade was not great (we have had better before) and they offered a free drink at a single bar that is on the ground floor, you cant use the rooftop. Good hotel if you get a good price. "
