"The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy."

"This place is a scam, they put the address and never the apartment number, I never get the chance to stay there because there is no place at all.. they never answer the phone and I hope Expedia remove them from the listing. Ridiculous"
