Noisy aircon, broken sensor in elevator. Water faucet at public toilet wobbly. Yet - the location is great. Plenty of entertainment, attractions and food within walking distance. Beautiful vista from dining room at 11th floor and a great breakfast buffet. Spa and pool at the basement. Spa offers...
