“The day after my stay, I noticed bedbug bites on my back and thighs”

“Pretty clean, nice room. Pool was closed. Continental breakfast was marginal.”

“Very helpful and friendly staff. Also the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We didn’t use the pool but they have a nice indoor pool, WiFi, and the host at the front desk made me the most incredible cup of coffee when we checked in (I was exhausted and he could tell!) will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“This hotel looks good and clean. I loved the spacious room and shower. The big issue I had, however, was the noise. I heard the footsteps in the room above me, the movements in the room next door, and the opening and closing of the doors of neighboring rooms. The freeway noise was definitely loud, too. That was a little disappointing Regardless, the rest of our stay was awesome, that included a very generous breakfast buffet with some different options each day, freshly ground and brewed coffee, one minute fresh pancakes, and prepared oatmeal with four available toppings. “Overall, we did had a good stay. We did have one issue--the pullout couch's mattress cover had blood on it and another "mystery" stain--but the front desk gave us a new cover. Also, some minor repairs/touchups need to be done in the bathroom, but nothing critical. The other areas of the room were clean and general well maintained. “Check-in took forever and the attendant had a difficult time understanding English. The room was damp and dingy. The toilet obviously had not been cleaned or flushed, as waste was left in the toilet bowl. The coffee pot and the light could not be plugged in at the same time and were left unplugged, when a simple three way adapter would have solved the problem. “The wild fires in Canada had made the air around this property Hazardous (per airnow.gov). Attempted to cancel due to the hazardous conditions, emailing proof of the hazardous air in the area. Evolve, the company who manages this property, said that because the house wasn't actively on fire and that there was no indication that the air inside the house was hazardous they would not refund. When asked if there was any special filters or air purifiers that would keep the hazardous air out of the...
