"This is my second stay at this charming place and I sprang for a second floor beach view room, which was totally worth it! My balcony had a lot of cobwebby/dead plant material clinging to the corners and the legs of the furniture, but it wasn’t bad enough for me to request a cleaning before I used it. The beach is well kept and the casting device in the tv was a nice surprise. Friendly staff, pretty rooms, breakfast came right on time every day. My greatest wish is that it could be a child-free hotel, but the kids there provided amusement as much as they caused annoyance. Overall it was peaceful for a place that seems to attract a lot of families."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious. We especially loved being able to walk right out of our room onto the beach, such a treat. The boxed breakfast was also a nice touch. We appreciated the convenience of having it delivered to our room, and there was a good variety to choose from. While it’s not your typical hot breakfast, it was a great way to start our day. We’ll definitely stay here again!"

"Ideal location, to the east of the heavy Traverse City traffic. Very quiet rooms. Convenient parking. Very short walk to the Bay Market store. Would definitely stay here again!"
