“The staff was so helpful to us especially when my husband got sick. The hotel manager got us a driver to take us to a nearby clinic. Without that help he would not have recovered fast enough to make our flight. The staff was so concerned and let us stay in our room past our checkout time without charging us for an extra day. We are so grateful to them for taking such good care of us. We will never forget them or what they did for us. This kind of care and service is priceless.”

“One thing very unique to this property it the entertainment (animation) team. Those guys, are over and beyond anyone expectations and makes this location a unique destination. They've activities all day, from dancing, aquarobics and live acrobatic and music shows, and all that for FREE, at no extra cost ... amazing. Also, location is within walking distance to a lot of attractions and dining places. However, the property need to improve on the following: 1) a face lift, a bit of renovation 2)...

“Driftwood is a really chilled hotel right on the beach. We had a lovely couple of nights to end our Kenyan trip. Take this place for what it is and you'll have a great time. The staff are so friendly and the food is really nice. Enjoyed it”

“This is not 5 star property , and is not priced like one. There is no swimmable maintained beach around, ocean water is dirty. Food is ok but nothing special. Rooms are clean, watched out for lizards. Pools are busy, ants are everywhere around ”
