“Beautiful property in Palanga high trees - lots of trees - fresh air spa - pool- trendy restaurant . only problem our luxury corner room has a deep small bathtub no walk in shower - bad for a visitor with bilateral hip replacements and no shower bar - dangerous - for someone using a cane. they were full and no other room available so - daily sponge bath also there are curtains NOT door on the other side of bathroom — bizarre when using toilet”

I made a reservation via Hotels.com about 1 month ago and I didn't get any notice from the hotel in advance. They just let me know the situation when I checked in.
