"Our stay had 2 major annoyances 1) assistance at front desk 2) excessive cigarette smoke outside the main entrance. The breakfast was wonderful. My husband enjoyed the omelets. Our room was comfortable and we slept well. Yet, outside the front entrance was a small half table where staff were often smoking. Yes, a sign at front desk stated staff would return soon. Staff sitting in front of the hotel smoking while customers are waiting is not acceptable. Breaks should be out of customer view, especially smoking breaks. I am allergic to tobacco and had several asthma attacks related to the excessive smoke. This was never a problem on previous stays."
