"The staff were very friendly but the restaurant was closed on Sundays which we were not made aware of before. The facilities are clean and comfortable though a bit dated. Really nice indoor heated pool and kids play area. Mosquito coverings on window not well sealed and the mosquitos were vicious…even in the spring. "

La comida es muy poco variada, el restaurante para snacks tiene comida de muy mala calidad, hamburguesas baratas, pizza con muy poca pinta, panchos baratos. un all inclusive muy pobre."

"Not worth the price. The decor is bizarre. What in the world to have a wall painted with the portraits of the Vik founder and a bunch of young ladies staring at you? Room Caras feels like a horror film… And the masks in the outside… Last but not least, the ceiling shower was not working."
