"Positives -
The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre.
Negatives -
Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...

"Le personnel est tres agréable, la localisation super.
Par contre, la vmc ne semble pas etre efficace, ni nettoyée car on y voit plein de la moissisure. Odeur de rance. Dans les toilettes fortes odeurs. Les allergies sont ressorties.
Eclairage trop faible dans la cuisine. On n'y voit rien le soir.
Pour ma reservation "2 chambres 3 personnes", il y avait 1 seule chambre et le canapé convertible avec un matelas fin. "

"Nice campsite for a few nights. Good restaurant, staff and facilities. However, we booked a 4 person Comfort Cottage for a week but we given a 6 person Modern Cottage without explanation. The extra room was a bonus but I’m glad there were only 4 of us as 6 would have felt very cramped. The Modern Chalet style wasn’t what we booked nor particularly wanted however we we glad to have a covered balcony as it rained for half our stay. The harsh lighting, uncomfortable bed and lack of kitchen...

"We absolutely loved it. For the kids it was the place to be. They loved it so much that we added an extra day. The Tipi hut was very cozy, the bathrooms very clean, many amenities like swimming pool, football court, ping pong, jeu de boules. All the people we met, staff and the ones staying where amazing. Highly recommended."

"Dans l'ensemble le séjour c'est bien passé.
Dommage de devoir prévoir (acheté) une éponge et le nessaire de nettoyage...
Piscine non chauffé et sol a refaire car très mal aux pieds...
